User Data Deletion Policy

Also, before proceeding we request you to please go through the Data Retention Policy, as stated below:
Vedvidhi shall retain data as follows:

• Wallet transactions and GST records: 8 years (statutory)
• Consultation recordings and session logs: 90–365 days
• Account details and profile information: until account deletion
• Course records and certificates: until revoked/deleted by you
• Technical logs and usage analytics: 12–24 months
• Consultation details and logs: 12–24 months

We may retain data longer where required for audits, tax compliance, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings.
